The Strategy & Performance Analyst executes strategic initiatives, conducts business analysis, and provides insights for data-driven decision-making through reporting and performance tracking.

Serve as highest technical escalation for support, perform deep root-cause analysis, liaise with Engineering/Product on fixes, implement data/trend tracking, mentor L2 team, and optimize ticket backlog lifecycle.

Lead strategy and execution for PayJoy Indonesia's commercial initiatives: set KPIs, manage flagship projects end-to-end, monitor performance, govern partnerships (including OEMs and retailers), drive sales team performance, and present results to regional and global leadership.
