The Growth Analyst at PayJoy supports growth opportunities by executing strategies to attract and retain customers, increase sales and profitability, and analyze market performance. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as well as data-driven insights to optimize retail operations.

Lead and scale operations across retail expansion, logistics for new products/channels, and merchant operations. Drive process automation, forecasting, reverse logistics, partner satisfaction, budgets, cross-functional collaboration, and performance reporting to senior leadership.

Drive origination and activation of retail partners in an assigned territory through store visits and kiosk sales. Train store staff, implement incentive campaigns and targeted marketing, maintain customer database, analyze market and competition trends, ensure merchants remain active, meet monthly sales and activation targets, and prepare performance reports.
