Design and govern scalable data architecture for Global Customer Support analytics, including Bronze/Silver/Gold layers, dimensional models, semantic layers, KPI frameworks, governance, integrations, and high-volume data pipelines. The role partners with Data Engineering, Security, Platform, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, traceable, performant analytical data solutions using Databricks and dbt. AI-oriented data architecture, MLOps modeling, and advanced analytics experience are desirable.

Supports the General Counsel and legal team with corporate governance, compliance, IPO readiness, and transaction activities. Responsibilities include managing corporate calendars, filings, entity records, board materials, data rooms, due diligence, closing checklists, post-closing deliverables, contract lifecycle management, and e-billing processes. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and coordination with counsel, auditors, underwriters, and corporate service providers.

Supports finance and FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, pricing evaluation, and management reporting. Collaborates with finance, accounting, and operational teams to gather data, reconcile Local GAAP and US GAAP information, evaluate partnership opportunities, and support merchant payment reconciliation and daily finance functions.
