Serve as the highest technical escalation for complex issues, perform deep root-cause analysis, liaise with Product and Engineering to drive fixes, implement data standards and trend analysis, mentor L2 support, and optimize the support ticket backlog.

Support implementation and execution of compliance controls: monitor local regulations, draft and review contracts, respond to legal/compliance queries, design and monitor compliance initiatives, identify and mitigate regulatory risks, and coordinate with departments to ensure operational alignment with legal requirements.

Lead definition and launch of internal financial products (reconciliation, settlement, transaction matching). Build roadmap, prioritize automation, manage stakeholder alignment, run prioritization sessions, drive reductions in manual reconciliation, and manage product launches with engineering, FinOps, and operations.
