Lead full-stack architecture decisions, optimize performance, accessibility, and user experience, and translate complex product requirements into customer-facing interfaces. Champion AI-first development across design, coding, testing, review, and delivery. Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, improve engineering standards, and contribute to testing strategy, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
