Requires professional customer service, teamwork, flexibility, physical stamina, and the ability to work long event shifts in crowded and changing weather conditions.

Stages, sets up, services, breaks down, cleans, and stores catering equipment and supplies for catered events. Follows banquet event orders and pull sheets, provides tray, wine, table, and buffet service, communicates client requests to management, and works across indoor and outdoor venues. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, physical strength, extended standing and walking, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and stadium events.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver STEM and literacy educational programs for visiting school groups; prepare materials, facilitate instruction, manage student behavior, handle visit logistics and communication, partner with teachers, and provide guest services backup.
