Provide mobile food and beverage service to stadium guests, including courteous interactions, safe alcohol service, inventory tracking, maintaining cleanliness and uniforms, following pre-shift notes, and reporting hazards. Must lift 25+ lbs and work flexible event schedules.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver STEM and literacy educational programs for visiting school groups; prepare materials, facilitate instruction, manage student behavior, handle visit logistics and communication, partner with teachers, and provide guest services backup.

Stage, set up, and break down all catered events per Banquet Event Orders and department standards. Provide tray, wine, table, and buffet service as required, handle indoor/outdoor setups, communicate client requests to management, and support special projects and high-volume stadium events.
