Manage a portfolio of fintech and payments clients as their primary contact and trusted advisor. Drive client retention, system adoption, optimization, and successful service delivery; monitor performance, resolve issues with internal teams and suppliers, and oversee client projects. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to communicate enhancements and support client growth. Travel may be required for relationship-building and industry events.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will build and scale infrastructure, collaborate with teams, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure data delivery.

Design and implement scalable Python microservices, optimize high-performance backend systems, integrate third-party APIs, work with AWS (including Lambda), Docker, CI/CD, and event-driven architectures. Troubleshoot production issues, lead code reviews, drive performance improvements, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, high-throughput fintech environment.
