Design, build, test and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) using Dataverse; integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams; translate requirements into technical designs; monitor, troubleshoot and support live solutions; produce documentation and coordinate releases with stakeholders.

Lead AI and transformation initiatives at Pay.UK: identify use cases, create delivery plans, establish AI governance, manage implementation, measure adoption and support change across the organisation.

Support end-to-end supplier assurance across critical vendors: run assessments, issue and evaluate assurance questionnaires, analyse gaps, document residual risk, produce assurance reports, manage evidence collection, maintain GRC data, track remediation, monitor supplier threats and present risk insights to governance.
