Paxos Labs is looking for a Fullstack Product Engineer to develop APIs and SDKs for onchain infrastructure, collaborate with designers, and maintain security standards.

As a 3D Motion & Marketing Designer, you'll lead visual storytelling initiatives, creating animations and designs for campaigns and social media, ensuring cohesive branding across all channels.

The Content & Social Manager will create and manage content for Paxos Labs' social channels, develop compelling narratives, and collaborate with multiple teams to enhance brand consistency across platforms.

Develop and research DeFi protocols, design smart contracts, maintain security standards, and contribute to the development of financial infrastructure.

The Quantitative Researcher will manage yield opportunities, design algorithms, perform risk analysis, and collaborate with engineers on DeFi strategies.

Lead security engineering across cloud, operational, and smart-contract/DeFi domains. Conduct cloud audits, threat modeling, incident response tooling and training, and build realtime defenses (mempool detection, invariants, pauses). Collaborate with infrastructure and smart contract teams to research, deploy, and integrate security tools and processes.

Serve as the sole legal officer establishing and owning legal and regulatory strategy across Paxos Labs product line; draft and negotiate commercial agreements; lead regulatory analysis on securities, commodities, money transmission, and VASP positioning; manage corporate structure, compliance (AML/sanctions/KYB), and governance; support employment, IP, privacy, and multijurisdictional matters; represent legal in commercial negotiations and build the legal team as the company scales.
