Leads PaxeraHealth’s EMEA commercial organization, overseeing sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, and revenue growth. Develops go-to-market strategy, scalable sales processes, forecasting systems, KPIs, and accountability structures. Builds and manages geographically distributed teams and channel relationships across healthcare markets, while partnering with the CEO, executive team, board, and customers. Requires deep healthcare technology or medical imaging experience, consultative enterprise sales expertise, and success working with senior healthcare technology decision-makers.

Provides administrative and office management support, including calendar and document management, records maintenance, procurement, vendor coordination, meeting organization, travel arrangements, project support, onboarding, and invoice processing. Oversees office resources and daily operations while coordinating communication across departments, documenting meetings, tracking action items, and supporting management reporting.

Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts; provide technical guidance for RFIs and RFPs; develop implementation plans; scope solutions and prepare software orders; assess customer needs; position products against competitors; coordinate technical issue resolution; and identify additional business opportunities with sales teams.
