Provide first-line technical support for Paxport’s airline distribution and travel technology products. Responsibilities include ticket triage, SLA prioritization, system monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, supplier coordination, incident escalation, technical documentation, and support trend analysis. The role collaborates with development and commercial teams, improves self-service resources and workflows, and offers a progression path toward a mid-level engineering position.

Provide first-line customer support, resolve queries within SLAs, document interactions in HubSpot, assist with onboarding, and support transaction monitoring. The role also contributes to customer documentation, satisfaction improvements, reporting, and cross-functional projects in a regulated FinTech environment.

Perform initial and ongoing KYC/KYB and AML checks, verify customer identity and ownership, monitor transactions for suspicious activity, investigate and escalate alerts, maintain documentation and CRM records, and support onboarding improvements and stakeholder communication.
