Support group sales and events by managing Salesforce and Maestro databases, creating reservations and invoices, coordinating contracts and rooming lists, communicating with clients and internal departments, assisting with event planning and on-site needs, and ensuring accurate billing and reporting.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of resort events and group bookings from planning through execution, serving as on-site liaison among departments, vendors, and clients. Prepare BEOs and group profiles, oversee staffing, permits, inventory, logistics, and guest itineraries, and ensure events meet service and revenue goals while maintaining strong interdepartmental communication and team leadership.
