Pawp’s team obsesses over pets and its mission: making quality vet care affordable and accessible for pet parents. Behind the scenes, team members work hard to make the website faster, facilitate instant connectivity to vets, analyze key data and collaborate across teams to deliver the best user experience. While everyone at Pawp has their individual strengths and owns their specific goals, CTO Andrew Malek said the team is incredibly collaborative because it is united by the most important KPI: growth.
