As the Customer Success Manager at Pavilion, you will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and retaining paid suppliers. You will define Customer Success playbooks, own customer relationships, and share insights cross-functionally to shape product and business decisions.

Develop and execute playbooks for driving demand-side acquisition, retention, and engagement. Represent the company to external stakeholders and communicate learnings to internal teams. Ideal candidate is self-motivated, autonomous, embraces ambiguity, and has a track record of relationship-building and influencing outcomes.

As an Account Executive at Pavilion, you will be responsible for closing new business with suppliers and contributing to the sales strategy. You will manage the entire sales cycle, refine the sales playbook, and uncover new sales opportunities. The expected compensation range for this position is $140k OTE (+ uncapped commission).

Seeking an experienced Product Engineer to join our engineering team and help reshape the public procurement landscape. Responsibilities include building high-impact features, creating UIs, solving technical problems, and mentoring team members. Must be experienced, adept with React and Python, user-driven, impactful, and a team player.
