Provide hands-on technical product support to B2B customers, troubleshooting application and backend integration issues using logs, stack traces, and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, Account Management, and Account Executives to resolve inquiries, manage escalations, create self-service documentation, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, TypeScript, and APIs.

Build and own foundational platform services, APIs, authentication and authorization systems, data infrastructure, and models powering Pave’s compensation platform. Design generalized solutions for cross-product needs, develop data-intensive applications and pipelines, lead complex technical initiatives across stakeholders, and deliver scalable, maintainable software in a fast-paced environment.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for R&D roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data. Source passive candidates, partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership, manage candidate experience and offer negotiations, and use compensation data to close senior hires. Build pipelines, track recruiting metrics in Greenhouse and Gem, improve interview processes, train interviewers, and apply AI-powered tools to research, personalize outreach, and summarize pipelines.
