Pave Benefits Overview

Leads Pave’s marketing communications, brand, PR, thought leadership, website, and customer storytelling initiatives. Owns external communications strategy, media and executive communications, reputation management, agency relationships, communications metrics, budget, and marketing website evolution. Develops team members and coordinates cross-functional work with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to strengthen brand awareness, market positioning, and business impact.

Prospect and generate qualified pipeline through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), research target accounts, qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings, and maintain accurate CRM data while partnering with Account Executives and using AI-powered sales tools to prioritize outreach.

Build and own foundational platform services, APIs, authentication and authorization systems, data infrastructure, and models powering Pave’s compensation platform. Design generalized solutions for cross-product needs, develop data-intensive applications and pipelines, lead complex technical initiatives across stakeholders, and deliver scalable, maintainable software in a fast-paced environment.
