Paid 3–6 month rotation supporting payment processing, transaction monitoring, reconciliations, internal controls, recordkeeping, and administrative operational tasks. Learn internal banking systems and follow procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. High performers may be offered permanent roles.

Partner with the CEO to define and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives, build performance reporting and transformation programs, prepare leadership for external meetings, craft company communications, represent the CEO internally, and remove organisational roadblocks to drive high-impact outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain Playwright/TypeScript automated test suites; integrate tests into CI/CD; perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for web, API, and mobile; monitor test environments; improve QA standards and collaborate with developers and product teams in an agile workflow.
