Execute multi-asset trades across FX, fixed income, derivatives, and digital assets while managing exposures, liquidity, treasury operations, risk, and OTC counterparties. Develop execution strategies, optimize capital efficiency, onboard liquidity partners, and collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams. Use AI, automation, Excel, and potentially SQL or Python to improve market analysis, reporting, forecasting, and trading workflows.

Manage day-to-day IT operations for the Tbilisi office, including procurement, account setup and offboarding, hardware maintenance, asset and license inventory, and first-line employee support. Escalate vendor issues and coordinate with Security to ensure processes meet banking standards.

Execute multi-asset trades across FX, digital assets, fixed income, and derivatives; manage exposures, liquidity, treasury operations, hedging, and risk limits across global markets. Build the OTC trading book, optimize execution strategies, and develop liquidity-provider and counterparty relationships. Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams while using AI, automation, Excel, SQL, and Python to improve reporting, analysis, forecasting, and treasury workflows.
