Design and implement productivity, cost, and quality improvements across departments. Collect and analyze data, develop reports and predictive models, create plant layouts and work instructions, support equipment installation/startup, apply lean principles, and assist project engineering, sales, and estimating as needed.

Provide mechanical design and maintenance support for equipment, facilities, and manufacturing processes. Design and implement new and modified equipment (heat treat, plating, material handling), oversee fabrication/installation, resolve startup issues, create/update AutoCAD drawings, develop documentation and training, purchase materials, and travel to support project engineering (≈30–40%).

Manage and grow revenue from existing key accounts by strengthening relationships, identifying sales opportunities, addressing customer needs, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Provide technical support, inform pricing and quoting decisions, analyze competition, and represent the company at meetings and events. Travel up to 50% required.
