Processes food ingredients into sauces, condiments, curries, and specialty blends by accurately decanting, mixing, labeling, and recording traceability information. Performs quality checks, documents results, reports abnormalities, maintains hygiene and waste standards, and follows quality, safety, and PPE requirements. Works collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment while supporting efficient, clean, and compliant operations.

Develop category growth strategies by translating shopper, market, retail, and category insights into actionable recommendations. Build customer partnerships, optimize assortments, pricing, and shelf placement, and collaborate with sales and marketing to improve category performance and profitability. The role requires strong analytical, strategic, tactical, and stakeholder-management skills, plus fluency in the local language and English.

Process invoices, maintain supplier records, support financial closing for multiple entities, prepare VAT, corporate income tax and Intrastat declarations, assist with audits, and improve finance processes and systems. The role requires collaboration across European entities and strong Dutch and English communication skills, with French as an advantage.
