Handles incoming calls, transfers callers, takes messages, welcomes showroom visitors, directs customers to dealership departments and salespeople, gathers basic customer information, records leads in a tracking system, prepares weekly prospect reports, performs data entry, word processing, filing, mail distribution, and general office tasks.

Sells new and used vehicles while meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals. Greets customers, assesses their needs, demonstrates vehicle features, conducts test drives, explains options, closes sales, and supports follow-up for repeat business and referrals. Maintains product knowledge, attends dealership training and sales meetings, and reports objectives and activities to the Sales Manager.
