The Knowledge and Innovation Attorney will support M&A and Private Equity practices through knowledge management, legal technology enablement, AI workflow development, and practice innovation. Responsibilities include maintaining model documents and precedents, monitoring legal and market developments, developing AI-enabled workflows and prompt libraries, coordinating technology pilots, delivering training, and translating attorney needs into practical solutions. The role requires substantial M&A and Private Equity experience, particularly with public company transactions and Delaware law.

Designs and produces branded print, digital, social, event, recruiting, and client-facing materials for business development and marketing. Maintains visual consistency across assets, templates, campaigns, and brand activations. Collaborates with design, marketing, business development, and external creative resources, while preparing accurate files for print and digital production. Requires strong typography, layout, brand application, communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Researches corporations, government agencies, and individuals to identify actual or potential conflicts of interest for firm engagements and hires. Maintains corporate hierarchies and conflicts database records, analyzes conflicts reports, advises attorneys and staff, researches mergers, acquisitions, and bankruptcies, and proposes resolutions for complex or thrust-upon conflicts. Supports the Office of General Counsel, Risk & Compliance, and Conflicts and New Business Intake teams while protecting confidential and privileged information.
