Conducts market, competitor, industry, and client research to support business development and strategic growth initiatives. Produces actionable intelligence reports, tracks market trends, identifies business opportunities, prepares client biographies, and supports pitches and practice initiatives. Collaborates with business development, marketing, attorneys, and research teams while using legal and financial research platforms to analyze complex information.

Supports business development and marketing initiatives for the London office, including events, pitches, proposals, directories, CRM maintenance, client and industry research, matter tracking, budgets, invoices, and strategic projects. The role also provides administrative support for new joiners, manages credentials and biographies, updates databases and websites, and coordinates materials for internal and external activities.

Prepares federal, state, local, and international tax schedules, partnership and nonresident partner tax calculations, quarterly projections, withholding calculations, and tax reconciliations. Analyzes financial data, reconciles general ledger accounts, researches tax law changes, performs quality assurance, maintains partner tax records, and supports ad hoc tax requests. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills.
