Serves as the liaison between customers and the automotive service department. Greets customers, identifies vehicle service needs, prepares repair orders and estimates, obtains authorizations, coordinates with technicians, promotes maintenance services, communicates updates, handles concerns, processes payments, and follows up after service. Performs vehicle walk-around inspections, documents vehicle condition, maintains accurate records, and keeps the service area organized. Requires strong communication, multitasking, computer, and basic automotive knowledge skills.
