The Technical Support Specialist provides technical support to customers, diagnosing issues and collaborating with various departments while working primarily in an office environment with minimal travel.

Coordinate and track shipments, freight quotes, invoices, and shipping documentation between project teams, vendors, freight forwarders and customers. Maintain project shipping records, update cost tracking, create commercial invoices/packing lists, and support project administration (≈10%) including POs and QuickBooks invoicing.

The Project Manager coordinates design specifications and manages projects from sales handover to site acceptance, ensuring all project documentation and customer requirements are met while facilitating meetings and site visits.
