Provides advanced technical support for software, controls, networking, communications, integrations, deployments, and field systems. Responsibilities include complex troubleshooting, escalation support, simulation and test environment setup, software and scripting development, QA validation, system commissioning, Azure DevOps work-item management, automation, documentation, mentoring, and knowledge transfer. The role participates in a 24/7/365 rotating support schedule and collaborates closely with Software, QA, Engineering, Production, and customers.

Provides advanced technical support across software, controls, networking, communications, integrations, deployments, and field systems. Handles escalations, complex troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and customer support within a 24/7 rotation. Develops scripts, utilities, integrations, and automation; supports QA, Engineering, Production, and Software teams; documents solutions; mentors support staff; and validates software configurations and system integrations.

Own end-to-end data science and analytics projects using Python, machine learning, and time-series analysis to improve drilling safety and efficiency. Develop emissions, advisory, monitoring, alerting, and equipment-failure prediction models. Mentor data scientists and analysts, communicate findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, maintain code standards, support analytics applications, and occasionally visit drilling rigs to understand operations and test technology.
