Lead electrical technician performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic fracturing equipment. Troubleshoots medium- and low-voltage systems, PLCs, relays, drives, motors, and power distribution; installs, tests, and repairs electrical components; maintains control systems, networks, safety/QHSE records; drives to field locations for emergency repairs and trains/mentors technicians.

Develop and maintain industrial control software across embedded systems, backend services, and operator interfaces. Own moderately complex features, collaborate with hardware and controls engineers, troubleshoot timing/concurrency/hardware issues, use AI-assisted tools responsibly, contribute to architecture and Agile processes, write automated tests, support field deployments, and participate in code reviews and release activities.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and harnesses for embedded, backend, and operator interfaces. Implement regression, integration, and system tests (including timing-sensitive and safety-critical scenarios), use AI tools to generate and evaluate tests, integrate tests into CI/CD, perform root-cause analysis across software/hardware, support field validation, and improve testing methodologies.
