Inspects machined parts, tools, assemblies, and equipment; identifies nonconformities; prepares inspection reports and quality notices; evaluates repair or replacement needs; documents testing, repairs, and parts replaced; uses precision measurement and testing equipment; troubleshoots maintenance-shop equipment; mentors entry-level technicians; and safely supports shop and yard operations, including forklift use.

Issues and records production materials, pulls inventory, loads containers, enters ERP transactions, maintains Kanban controls, and supports inventory counts and reconciliation. The role requires accurate documentation, adherence to work instructions, effective communication across departments, and material-handling support in a manufacturing environment. It may also provide backup cutter grading support when trained and authorized.

Serves as the primary HR contact for regional employees and operations leaders. Manages employee relations, investigations, performance management, policy guidance, compliance, workforce planning, talent retention, transfers, promotions, and onboarding. Analyzes HR reports and metrics, supports training initiatives, and partners with legal and HR teams. Frequent travel to offices and remote work sites is required, including occasional overnight travel and use of PPE.
