Designs, builds, and operates scalable batch and real-time data infrastructure processing trillions of data points. Responsibilities include platform architecture, infrastructure as code, self-healing systems, observability, developer tooling, pipeline optimization, security controls, database tuning, and distributed-system troubleshooting. The role collaborates with engineering and product teams, improves reliability and performance, and enables safe access for data engineers, software engineers, and AI agents.

Design user experiences and interfaces for a global e-commerce fulfillment network covering inventory receiving, tracking, auditing, and shipping. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to identify insights, define requirements, conduct design critiques, use and enhance the design system, and ensure product experience quality. Apply knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces, logistics, and competitive trends while owning projects through completion.

Manage a portfolio of 10–20 enterprise ecommerce clients from onboarding through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Lead training, QBRs, strategic planning, performance marketing discussions, and product adoption initiatives. Use account data to recommend actions that improve ROAS, ROI, retention, and revenue. Capture client feedback for Product and Marketing, develop case studies, and maintain relationships with Meta and Google partners. The role is hybrid and based in Dubai.
