Resolves SaaS support tickets while improving customer support workflows, documentation, tooling, and team enablement. Responsibilities include managing ticket queues within SLA, troubleshooting issues, answering process questions, tracking support metrics, identifying bottlenecks, creating SOPs and knowledge base content, routing bugs to technical teams, and implementing AI-driven automation. The role partners cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements in response times, resolution times, CSAT, SLA adherence, and backlog health.

AI Engineer Interns will preprocess and analyze data, support machine learning model development and optimization, help deploy AI solutions, document experiments and workflows, and research emerging AI methods. The role requires collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional AI team members. Interns will work on ecommerce technology problems in a hybrid, full-time summer internship in Lehi, Utah, with potential for a future full-time role or part-time extension.

Supports advanced data analysis and industry insights for ecommerce growth projects. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to scope and build models and data pipelines, performing data wrangling, evaluating model performance, and promoting data science tools and best practices. The intern will work under mentorship from the Data Science team during a 12-week hybrid summer internship.
