Act as primary client contact to drive adoption, retention, and growth for B2B SaaS customers. Lead onboarding, account planning, upsell/cross-sell, renewals, and QBRs; coordinate Sales, Product, Tech, and Support for complex deployments; monitor customer health, mitigate churn, and translate technical topics into business value while collecting feedback to improve product and customer experience.
