Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients as primary contact: lead renewals, coordinate open enrollment and carrier submissions, prepare renewal analyses and claims reporting, support benefits administration, and drive client retention and account growth through collaboration with internal teams and carriers.

Support a high-volume book of small-group employee benefits clients by handling renewals, eligibility updates, carrier communications, and routine service requests. Maintain accurate records, respond to client inquiries, assist with remarketing, and help develop improved processes while building foundational benefits knowledge through training and team collaboration.

Serve as primary client contact for personal insurance accounts: handle inquiries, process policy changes, endorsements, renewals and new business, assist with claims coordination, maintain policy records in agency systems, communicate billing/coverage updates, collaborate with producers and underwriters, and ensure compliance to support client retention.
