Oversee program and workforce activities for contracts supporting high-threat overseas operations. Provides executive administrative support for principals by managing calendars, meetings, travel, briefing materials, reporting, training, office operations, access, timekeeping, supplies, and events. Coordinates internal and external stakeholders, resolves scheduling and administrative issues, tracks compliance, and handles sensitive mission-related tasks. Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, research, writing, and independent judgment in a classified government-support environment.

Leads business development across defense, special operations, and homeland security markets. Owns pipeline development, gate reviews, contract vehicle and teaming strategies, account penetration, networking, competitive intelligence, opportunity shaping, and proposal support. Builds relationships with military, government, and industry stakeholders while briefing leadership on market trends, pipeline health, and growth opportunities.

Supports program operations and project management through travel coordination, staffing, scheduling, training compliance, document tracking, invoicing, expense reconciliation, recruiting support, and issue resolution. The specialist also helps implement organizational policies and strategies, validates personnel suitability requirements, and maintains accurate operational records. The role requires strong Microsoft Office and communication skills, U.S. citizenship, a Secret clearance, and at least three years of operations administration experience.

Lead end-to-end federal proposal management from bid decision through submission and post-submission review. Build compliance matrices, outlines, schedules, writing assignments, and review standards; coordinate matrixed writers and subject matter experts; translate capture strategy into evaluator-ready responses; ensure compliance with solicitation requirements; manage color team reviews, editing, quality control, proposal libraries, budgets, resources, and lessons learned. Supervise the Proposal Operations Coordinator and support proposal capability development across the organization.

Leads business development and pipeline growth across the Intelligence Community and adjacent government mission-support markets. Owns opportunity qualification, gate reviews, account penetration, contract vehicle development, competitive analysis, market intelligence, strategic briefings, and pursuit shaping. Builds relationships with agency leaders, contracting officers, cloud and colocation providers, and industry stakeholders while identifying capability gaps and expansion opportunities.

Oversee physical security projects for data centers and support facilities, including design, installation, specifications, construction documentation, vendor management, budgets, QA/QC, contract execution, acceptance, operational readiness, metrics, and closeout. Manage multiple projects, coordinate technical and non-technical teams, provide customer updates, and serve as the subject-matter expert for physical security design and installation oversight. The role is primarily on-site in the Atlanta area with occasional travel.
