Lead structural steel projects from budgeting through closeout, owning safety, schedules, budgets, financial outcomes, change orders, and client communication. Coordinate estimating, detailing, fabrication, field erection, finance, superintendents, crews, and clients. Interpret structural, architectural, shop, and erection drawings; conduct constructability analysis; manage erection scopes; and drive fabrication from shop to job site. The role is based in Austin with regular fabrication-shop and active-job-site visits.

Supports project managers across steel construction projects from proposal through closeout. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, monitoring schedules and budgets, coordinating shop, field, customers, vendors, and subcontractors, maintaining project documentation, assisting with change orders, reporting progress, and conducting active job-site visits. The role offers a path toward managing independent projects.

Manages multiple structural steel fabrication and erection projects, including planning, scheduling, subcontractor and vendor coordination, change order negotiation, customer communication, resource planning, and progress reporting across production, financial, quality, and safety objectives. Integrates safety initiatives into project operations, oversees process improvements, and ensures compliance with company policies, laws, and environmental standards.
