Manage intake, prioritization, scheduling, and approval workflows for creative assets across Marketing, DTC, Social and Trade. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and production for campaigns, shoots, and launches. Build and optimize creative processes, trackers, and asset management to improve turnaround and on-time delivery.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution of Patrick Ta Beauty's influencer ecosystem across paid, earned, and VIP partnerships. Build creator relationships, manage paid creator campaigns and budgets, oversee gifting and VIP experiences, measure performance (EMV/VIT), and partner cross-functionally to drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, and business impact.

The Senior Accountant will manage inventory reconciliations, cost accounting, and general ledger functions, while preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with audit and tax regulations.
