Leads the DTC ecommerce business across site performance, campaign execution, conversion optimization, AOV growth, Shopify Plus operations, technology roadmaps, vendors, international expansion, fulfillment, social commerce, forecasting, P&L support, and executive reporting. Partners cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product development, operations, and 3PL teams to grow revenue and improve customer experience.

Manages cosmetic product development from formula and packaging briefs through testing, approvals, regulatory documentation, labeling, certifications, sampling, and launch support. Partners with vendors and cross-functional brand teams to maintain timelines, coordinate submissions, analyze shades and competitive products, curate assortments, and provide market and field feedback. The role also supports product organization, meetings, presentations, and marketing, PR, and testing sample needs.

The Senior Accountant will manage inventory reconciliations, cost accounting, and general ledger functions, while preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with audit and tax regulations.
