Lead Patreon’s Payments engineering team, setting technical direction and roadmap priorities for billing, checkout, payout, compliance, and payment infrastructure. Develop data-backed recommendations, lead cohort programming and strategic sessions, support inbound questions, drive revenue and product adoption, identify trends, and relay feedback to product teams. Maintain documentation and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the creator experience.

Lead a team of 6–7 product designers and serve as a senior design leadership partner. Stay involved in product craft through Figma, prototyping, or production code while collaborating with product and engineering. Drive distinctive consumer software experiences, build high-performing design teams, develop talent, apply AI to improve team outcomes, influence strategy across functions, and represent Patreon's design work externally.

Lead the technical strategy for Patreon's backend platform, managing scalable distributed systems, APIs, and infrastructure. Collaborate with product teams and mentor staff engineers, emphasizing reliability and operational excellence.

Lead Patreon’s compensation strategy, market benchmarking, total rewards and equity programs. Manage annual and mid-year review cycles, pay equity analysis, bonus payouts, compensation data and tools, compliance, reporting, employee education, and cross-functional partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition. Coach and develop team members while ensuring compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, accurate, and aligned with business goals.

Design, scale, and maintain low-latency, high-throughput ML inference infrastructure and feature stores; implement observability, validation, and automated model deployment; debug relevance systems; partner with product, data engineering, and Trust & Safety to deliver reliable, production-grade ML infrastructure.
