Manage multiple onboarding timelines, collaborate with product and engineering teams, interpret AI performance data, support documentation improvements, and refine implementation processes to improve scalability and customer satisfaction.

Sell SaaS-based payments solutions to existing and prospective aesthetic practices and salons. Generate leads, expand current accounts, conduct discovery, analyze merchant statements and fee structures, demonstrate savings, and communicate platform value. Manage sales activity in Salesforce, meet quotas and KPIs, and collaborate with sales, support, onboarding, product, marketing, and customer success teams to support implementation and customer satisfaction.
