Develops and maintains financial models, dashboards, and data workflows supporting loan sales and balance sheet optimization. Analyzes pricing, valuation, portfolio impacts, funding costs, capital usage, credit risk, liquidity, and transaction outcomes. Builds ROA, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, and scenario models; integrates loan-level data using Power BI, SQL, and data-integration tools. Establishes reporting and governance standards, evaluates transaction alternatives, tracks performance, and presents recommendations to management and governance committees.

Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial finance accounts focused on working capital. Build referral networks, present financial products, manage sales pipelines, negotiate profitable deals, collect borrower information for underwriting, and meet volume, margin, fee, and cross-sell targets. Maintain customer and partner relationships, monitor competitors, collaborate across departments, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to portfolio growth and retention.

Leads enterprise talent development programs, including performance management, leadership development, coaching, and scalable learning initiatives. Owns program design, governance, execution, communications, measurement, and continuous improvement. Partners with business leaders and People & Culture teams to address capability gaps and align talent priorities with organizational goals. Manages external vendors, coaches, consultants, and development partners while evaluating program effectiveness through data, feedback, and business outcomes.
