Lead functional oversight of BSA/AML screening technology: translate screening strategy into requirements, own UAT and validation, monitor model outputs and data quality, drive tuning and remediation, coordinate cross-functional delivery, maintain governance documentation, and build/mentor BSA technology teams to ensure regulatory-aligned screening capabilities.

Investigate customer and transaction activity to identify suspicious behavior, file SARs and CTRs as required, maintain workload and quality standards, handle related customer calls, and support monitoring and compliance processes.

Lead regional business development and sales activities: set strategy, forecast and quota, manage territories, coach and develop sales teams, drive client relationships and deal negotiations, analyze market and sales data, control division expenditures, and ensure consistent product and promotional representation.
