Own end-to-end product design for The Path’s consumer therapy platform, including user research, ideation, prioritization, high-fidelity mobile app designs, and feature delivery. Lead early-stage B2B sales: personally source and close six- and seven-figure digital/behavioral health contracts with employers, partners, and providers; validate channels, pricing, and sales cycle; document the repeatable playbook; and hire and scale a sales team.

Lead and execute a hands-on growth marketing function to drive signups and weekly active users via organic social, influencer/celebrity partnerships, PR, events, and creator deals. Build repeatable earned-media playbooks, establish a dominant category position for AI therapy, work with clinical/regulatory reviewers, instrument experiments from attention to retention, and hire/manAge a team and agencies as channels scale.
