The Associate Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts across regions, develop strategies, manage processes, and build relationships with stakeholders to recruit top talent for PATH.

Serve as a relationship-centered HR advisor for PATH's Global Health Programs, partnering with leaders to design people strategies, support workforce planning, coach managers, guide change and culture work, analyze HR data to inform decisions, and coordinate across HR teams to deliver culturally relevant HR support across multi-country, donor-funded programs.

Support country finance operations including data entry into Business World, banking transactions, reconciliations, cash controls, document scanning/archiving, monthly analysis of advances and receivables, and support audit processes and backups for finance tasks.
