Design, develop, and support Azure-based cloud integrations and platform services. Build API/queue/file-based integrations, improve CI/CD and deployment reliability, troubleshoot production issues, modernize legacy systems to cloud-first patterns, and document and transfer service ownership to reduce operational risk.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across PATH's Product Development division. Drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent and leadership development, performance management, employee relations, and culture initiatives across multiple countries. Partner with HR teams to deliver scalable people solutions, manage risk, and provide data-informed insights to support growth and change in a global, donor-funded environment.

Lead PATH Indonesia as the country representative, overseeing programmatic, business, and operational functions. Build donor portfolios, ensure scientific and programmatic quality, manage government and partner relationships, lead staff development, ensure compliance, and drive fundraising and strategic growth.
