Responsibilities include organizing financial records, processing and tracking payments, managing bank transfers and routine banking tasks, maintaining archives, supporting audits, tracking vendor invoices, and responding to payment inquiries. The role also performs general administrative tasks and communicates with banking partners, internal staff, and vendors.

Supports malaria data quality improvement across regional health facilities through mentorship, supervision, training, data collection, analysis, reporting, and quality assurance. The role helps develop MEL plans and tools, tracks project milestones and indicators, documents lessons learned, provides feedback, and collaborates with government health offices and implementation partners. Extensive travel to health facilities and program sites is required.

Reviews procurement transactions and documentation under $25,000 for policy compliance, identifies risks, supports audits, maintains records and trackers, advises stakeholders, and supports procurement systems training. The role also develops Excel and Word tools, manages shared inboxes, distributes subcontracts, and maintains team calendars, SharePoint resources, and records.
