Leads business development and client management for environmental, energy, quality assurance, and safety services. Builds relationships with new and existing clients, identifies growth opportunities, develops solutions, coordinates internal teams and strategic partners, manages sales plans and activity, and meets sales targets. Requires strong communication, organization, customer support, and consultative selling skills, with construction or field experience beneficial.

Schedule and coordinate daily/weekly energy testing and field work, maintain communication with client service managers, QA and energy specialists and clients, manage purchase orders and invoicing approvals, monitor emails, adapt schedules to changing client needs, direct and organize field staff, and use routing and accounting tools.
