Teams at Patch

Lead finance and legal end-to-end as the CEO's operating partner: own FP&A, treasury, cash/FX, revenue recognition, close, audit, controls, commercial contracting, corporate governance, outside counsel, and M&A (sourcing, diligence, structuring, integration). Build board materials, run debt and equity raises, and design an AI-native finance function across multiple entities and currencies.

As the Lead Commercial Counsel, you will own commercial contracts, advise executives on legal risks, design commercial playbooks, and develop compliance frameworks.

The role involves sourcing and scaling supply partnerships for environmental assets, negotiating deals, managing relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally within Patch.
