Manage a portfolio of 600+ customers and pipeline across SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel segments. Drive retention, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and revenue growth while acting as a trusted advisor. Coordinate with Customer Engineers, negotiate contracts, resolve client issues, and provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends. Prioritize multiple accounts, use CRM/data-driven practices, and occasionally travel for conferences and customer events.

Manage and scale partner marketing programs with resellers, distributors, and channel partners. Build joint GTM plans, run co-branded campaigns and events, administer MDF and incentives, develop partner enablement materials, track campaign performance and ROI, and improve partner engagement processes across North America and EMEA.

Design, prototype, and integrate generative AI solutions and agents across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, test, and optimize AI workflows, educate developers, and engage with the enterprise systems management community through webinars and content.
