Manage a portfolio of 600+ customers and a pipeline across SMB, Mid‑Market, and Channel segments. Drive revenue growth, renewals, upsells, and retention; negotiate contracts; act as trusted advisor; resolve client issues; collaborate with Customer Engineers and cross-functional teams; attend occasional events and conferences.

Manage a portfolio of 600+ customers and pipeline across SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel segments. Drive retention, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and revenue growth while acting as a trusted advisor. Coordinate with Customer Engineers, negotiate contracts, resolve client issues, and provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends. Prioritize multiple accounts, use CRM/data-driven practices, and occasionally travel for conferences and customer events.

The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, and operational analysis, providing insights to improve growth and efficiency while collaborating cross-functionally.
