Teams at Patch My PC

Manage a portfolio of 600+ customers and pipeline across SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel segments. Drive retention, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and revenue growth while acting as a trusted advisor. Coordinate with Customer Engineers, negotiate contracts, resolve client issues, and provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends. Prioritize multiple accounts, use CRM/data-driven practices, and occasionally travel for conferences and customer events.

Design, prototype, and integrate generative AI solutions and agents across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, test, and optimize AI workflows, educate developers, and engage with the enterprise systems management community through webinars and content.

Manage the post-sales lifecycle for channel-sourced accounts and partners including onboarding, renewals, expansions, licensing, CRM hygiene, partner coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer success and adoption.
