Leads accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, payment controls, corporate card compliance, and AP staff supervision. Owns assigned general ledger accounts, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, month-end close, 1099 compliance, and cost and shipping-spend reporting. Improves accounting processes and automation across QuickBooks Online, Tipalti, Bill.com, and Ramp while maintaining U.S. GAAP compliance and SOX-aligned controls.

Supports global eCommerce compliance by reviewing customs data, classifying products using HTS codes, maintaining duty rates, resolving customs holds, managing product rules and export manifests, and monitoring country-specific regulations. The role requires international logistics knowledge, data-entry project management, understanding of duties, taxes, country of origin and free trade agreements, and strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.

Lead and develop a BDR team responsible for pipeline generation. Recruit, coach, and retain representatives; manage performance, reporting, CRM hygiene, and forecasting; optimize inbound and outbound prospecting strategies; partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and 3PL teams; and implement AI-powered sales technologies to improve productivity, conversion, and pipeline quality.
