Manage the planning, coordination, and deployment of autonomous building technology across partner sites in Europe. Oversee building controls integration, construction and installation activities, project timelines, engineering support, contractors, channel partners, and end-user relationships. Troubleshoot technical and execution challenges, ensure alignment with design specifications, and relay deployment feedback to internal leadership. The role requires strong knowledge of building controls, HVAC, smart-building technologies, and construction workflows, along with willingness to travel for deployments.

Manage cross-functional software delivery from planning through release. Responsibilities include building roadmaps, coordinating dependencies, managing risks and blockers, defining requirements and acceptance criteria, tracking readiness, communicating progress, and improving delivery practices. The role partners with product, design, engineering, quality, sales, and customer success teams to deliver reliable, user-centered software in a fast-paced startup environment.

Designs and validates automated hardware and software test systems for low-power sensors, AI-driven controllers, and embedded products. Responsibilities include building test fixtures, electrically stimulating and measuring devices, debugging mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software issues, improving manual and automated test coverage, and supporting engineering bring-up and deployment. The role requires hands-on lab work, Python test development, instrumentation, hardware debugging, and collaboration across engineering teams.

Design and validate automated hardware/software test systems for low-power sensors, AI-driven controllers, and embedded products. Build test fixtures, stimulate and measure hardware, debug mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software issues, and improve test coverage. Work hands-on in a hardware lab with wiring, soldering, instrumentation, PCBA bring-up, and Python test development while collaborating cross-functionally on engineering test and deployment.

Lead end-to-end development of ultra-low-power wireless embedded products, including architecture, production C code, custom sub-GHz protocols, hardware integration, board bring-up, and HIL/SIL testing. Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, industrial design, and validation teams. Use Python, Bash, Linux, and Git to automate workflows and maintain quality codebases. Apply systems engineering, power optimization, RF knowledge, and math and physics fundamentals while mentoring teams and supporting manufacturing.

Develop and co-lead embedded hardware platforms from architecture through high-volume production. Build firmware and software, create HIL/SIL testing frameworks, debug hardware-software integrations, and ensure robust, power-efficient systems. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, industrial design, product, and verification teams to deliver autonomous building controllers. Maintain technical documentation, support feature development and productization, mentor and align teams, and contribute to compliance testing and manufacturing support.

Deploy and validate autonomous building technologies in commercial facilities. Conduct site surveys, inspect HVAC and control systems, test sensors and actuators, troubleshoot issues across mechanical, controls, networking, and software layers, support system commissioning and startup, and collect building data for optimization. The role requires hands-on commercial HVAC experience, field troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort working in tight or challenging site environments.

Leads global deployment and operational scaling of autonomous building systems, including HVAC controls, digital twins, site commissioning, contractor coordination, and 24/7 incident management. Oversees application engineering and deployment teams, ensures project quality and performance, manages customer and field relationships, and establishes repeatable rollout playbooks. The role translates field feedback into improvements for AI and product engineering while coordinating complex building infrastructure deployments across customer sites.

Manage customer onboarding, technical implementation, relationship development, success planning, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for PassiveLogic’s autonomous building platform. Partner with facility managers, contractors, system integrators, engineering, and program management teams to drive deployments, resolve issues, gather customer feedback, and improve the product experience. The role requires strong knowledge of building controls, HVAC systems, technical communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
