Join Passbolt as a Software Engineer to develop and improve client applications, focusing on security, encrypted data handling, and usability across platforms. You'll collaborate on feature requests, maintain quality, and contribute to documentation while ensuring robust security practices are followed.

Provide technical support for Passbolt customers by troubleshooting installations, reproducing bugs, triaging cases, writing documentation and tutorials, liaising with the community, escalating issues to development, and improving support workflows while participating in product discussions.

Develop, maintain and secure Passbolt backend APIs using PHP/CakePHP. Implement features, write unit and end-to-end tests, optimize performance, lead deployments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, engage the community, and ensure GDPR-compliant, secure code and dependency management.

Own inbound commercial journey for assigned prospects and accounts (primarily small-to-medium deals). Qualify leads, run discovery calls and demos, generate estimates/invoices, close deals end-to-end, and support enterprise deals operationally. Maintain CRM (HubSpot), follow-up cadence, contribute customer feedback, represent the company at occasional tradeshows, and ensure GDPR/security compliance.
