Leads the Center for Teaching and Learning, including faculty professional development, mentoring, coaching, orientation, and teaching-resource initiatives. Oversees regional and specialized accreditation processes, evaluates compliance with standards, identifies deficiencies, and implements corrective actions. Collaborates with faculty, staff, and stakeholders while reporting to the Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs.

Develops and manages social media content across multiple platforms, maintains consistent brand messaging, engages audiences, and supports social media and influencer marketing strategies. Responsibilities include content creation, event coverage, trend monitoring, community interaction, analytics reporting, SEO and performance optimization, platform research, and collaboration on social media calendars. The role is part-time and requires a bachelor's degree plus at least three years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.

Mentors middle and high school students in grant-funded pre-college programs. Provides academic, career, and personal development guidance through individual and group activities; supports enrichment programs, field trips, seminars, classroom instruction, tutorials, documentation, and program logistics. Communicates with students, staff, parents, and other stakeholders while using virtual platforms and completing required mentor training.
