Provides academic advising, registration, onboarding, outreach, and support to dual-enrollment students, families, and partner high schools. Explains college programs, policies, applications, placement, and registration procedures; assists with course planning; documents student interactions and program activities; refers students to appropriate college services; and collaborates with academic advising staff. This part-time administrative role requires work at partner high schools and compliance with college and school regulations.

Oversee operations of nursing labs and simulation centers across two campuses, manage staff and budgets, ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance, integrate simulation into curricula, maintain equipment, train faculty, and monitor student competencies and program outcomes.

Maintains the general ledger, prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, manages fixed asset records, supports grant accounting and financial close activities, and assists with audits, internal controls, variance analysis, and process improvements. The role requires accurate transaction processing, compliance with accounting standards, effective communication, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
