Greets clients, guests, and visitors; answers, screens, and directs telephone calls; relays messages; provides organizational information; directs visitors; and performs general administrative and clerical support. The position is in-person in Malibu, follows an afternoon/evening schedule, requires one weekend day, and includes occasional local travel between company locations.

Greet clients and visitors, answer and route phones, take messages, and provide general administrative and clerical support. Direct guests within the facility, assist with inquiries, and comply with required pre-employment and ongoing health and background screenings. Occasional local travel between company locations may be required.
