Lead and manage internal audit projects and engagements for Strategic Assets, support Audit Committees, develop audit policies, perform QAIP assessments, coordinate with external auditors and regulators, and monitor compliance with audit strategy and standards.

Manage PASHA Financial Holding’s agentic AI programme across operating companies, including integrated planning, governance, consultant and vendor oversight, platform selection, delivery assurance, budget and total cost of ownership. Define and implement the AI governance framework and agent lifecycle, manage risks and dependencies, review technical and business deliverables, report performance, and oversee rollout. The role requires regulated-sector programme experience, governance and information-security knowledge, agentic AI understanding, multilingual proficiency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani, and a technical degree.
