Define and maintain the Group AI reference architecture, standards, and design patterns. Govern and review Strategic Asset designs for compliance with sovereignty, privacy, and regulatory constraints. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and cross-functional alignment for AI platform products and orchestration of model, retrieval, and agent solutions.

Design, develop, and deploy generative AI and agent solutions. Build LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, vector DB integrations, and deployment/monitoring workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply prompt engineering and LLMOps best practices, and follow responsible AI guardrails.

Lead and manage internal audit projects and engagements for Strategic Assets, support Audit Committees, develop audit policies, perform QAIP assessments, coordinate with external auditors and regulators, and monitor compliance with audit strategy and standards.
