Manage end-to-end investor access requests and entitlement reporting, validate and reconcile platform data, perform access corrections and revocations with change-control, monitor workflow queues, produce audit-ready documentation, and identify process/data quality improvements to support automation and governance efforts.

Serve as technical owner of IAM/IGA platforms, provide L2/L3 support and root-cause resolution, design identity lifecycle and provisioning flows, build and maintain APIs/connectors, implement access request workflows, SoD controls and RBAC/ABAC models, manage platform health and upgrades, automate processes and improve audit readiness, and mentor analysts while liaising with vendors.

Design, implement and maintain workflow and automated processes with system integration. Facilitate process workshops and customer journey mapping, provide onsite training and documentation, evaluate business impact, deliver clean maintainable workflow solutions, communicate across technical and business stakeholders, and adapt quickly to deliver quality work on tight deadlines.
