Leads technology strategy planning, governance, performance reporting, CTO office coordination, budget oversight, investment prioritization, and process improvement. Partners with Finance, Technology leaders, and senior stakeholders to align technology direction with organizational priorities. The role requires experience in consulting, project or portfolio management, strategy, or Chief of Staff functions, along with financial management, stakeholder coordination, and practical use of AI tools.

Design and implement scalable backend services using .NET and SQL Server. Lead system architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers, and improve development practices.

Business Analyst responsible for identifying business problems, defining measurable outcomes, eliciting and validating requirements, documenting processes, and supporting delivery across complex stakeholder environments. The role creates process flows, user stories, test scripts, data mappings, reports, and dashboards; manages Agile artifacts in JIRA; supports UAT and data validation; and communicates risks, trade-offs, milestones, and blockers. Financial services, investment operations, consulting, or credit investment experience is required.
