The Software Engineer will assist customers with software implementation, training, and mentoring, while also participating in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will provide technical authority, mentor junior developers, design and develop solutions, and maintain high code standards in a team-oriented environment.

Serve as senior escalation for complex incidents, advise on SharePoint and cloud architecture, ensure SLA compliance, lead smoke testing and training, develop troubleshooting playbooks, mentor consultants, and champion customer feedback to drive adoption and retention.
