The Financial Controller will lead technical accounting, financial reporting, tax provision, audit readiness, revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, internal controls, and monthly close activities. This hands-on player-coach will supervise the accounting team, advise executives, support systems implementations, and implement AI and automation across finance workflows. The role requires preparing the company for its first financial statement audit and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, and ASC 740.

Acquire and activate new aviation marketplace sellers through outbound prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, enrollment, and inventory upload. Manage opportunities in the CRM, maintain pipeline and forecasts, achieve qualifying-deal targets, resolve onboarding barriers, and provide customer and market feedback. Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve seller activation and time-to-value.

Drive APAC customer acquisition by prospecting aviation, aerospace, and defense companies, selling PartsBase memberships and advertising opportunities. Build client relationships through consultative selling, deliver virtual presentations, negotiate solutions, and collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams. The role requires outbound sales expertise, APAC market experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
