Partners with the CFO, private equity sponsors, board, and lenders on refinancing, acquisitions, due diligence, integration, covenant compliance, and exit readiness. Builds financial models, supports audits, tracks synergies, and improves scalable finance processes for a rapidly growing company.

Develop and expand an assigned sales territory by meeting revenue goals, acquiring commercial automotive accounts, managing strategic relationships, and improving customer retention. Lead Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives, analyze sales and profitability metrics, create market action plans, collaborate with operations, resolve customer issues, support loss prevention, and promote workplace safety. Extensive travel of 50% or more throughout the territory is required.

Manage sales growth across an assigned territory by meeting revenue goals, acquiring commercial automotive customers, strengthening key accounts, and resolving customer concerns. Lead and coach Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives, monitor performance, analyze market and sales data, develop territory business plans, coordinate with Operations, and ensure policy compliance. Extensive travel throughout the territory is required, typically 50% or more.
