Onsite Supervisor responsible for supporting staffing operations at a client facility, including recruiting, associate placement, KPI and attendance management, payroll processing, daily reporting, safety observations, walk-throughs, and troubleshooting employee needs. The role partners with client supervisors, manages time-clock information, attends management meetings, and provides strong customer service while working onsite Monday through Friday.

The Account Executive will prospect for new B2B clients, open staffing accounts, manage the sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities include networking, selling temporary staffing services, managing accounts, understanding staffing margins, solving problems, and meeting sales goals. This outside sales role is based in El Paso and offers base pay, uncapped commission, bonuses, incentives, and benefits.

The Client Specialist manages communication and relationships with staffing clients and talent, supports recruiting and account management, answers calls, meets service and performance goals, and visits client sites. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English proficiency, staffing industry experience, strong customer service and recruiting skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for extended hours, weekends, and on-call work. This is an on-site position in Milpitas, California.
