Processes high-volume payroll for staffing associates and employees, including time entry, pay rates, deductions, reimbursements, adjustments, audits, corrections, and off-cycle requests. Supports VMS accounts, reconciles approved time records, verifies remittances, resolves discrepancies, and assists branches and clients. Maintains payroll documentation and regulatory compliance, generates reports, supports audits and year-end activities, and contributes to process improvements while providing responsive payroll support.

Recruit candidates for light industrial staffing clients through high-volume sourcing, job postings, networking, job fairs, and social media campaigns. Build relationships with candidates, associates, clients, and supervisors; conduct quality-control calls; address employee relations issues; maintain candidate records; meet recruiting KPIs; support EEO and employment-law compliance; and visit client sites for meetings and check-ins.
