Sell staffing services to B2B clients within a regional territory. Prospect, open new accounts, manage relationships, negotiate margins, meet KPIs, and drive revenue with base salary plus uncapped commission and incentives.

Supervise payroll coordinators and manage high-volume weekly payroll for staffing clients, with emphasis on VMS/MSP accounts. Ensure compliance with federal and state wage-and-hour regulations, reconcile VMS reports, resolve payroll discrepancies, prepare metrics and reports, and provide leadership, training, and escalation support for branches and clients.

Drive outside B2B sales within a designated territory: prospect, open new accounts, and manage client relationships through the full sales cycle. Meet KPIs and revenue goals, understand staffing margins, use MS Office for reporting, and participate in commission/bonus programs and incentive plans.
