Oversee Atlanta’s Continuum of Care shelter coordination and Rapid Resolution initiatives. Manage funding, contracts, shelter outcomes, crisis shelter operations, partner communication, training, workgroups, data tracking, and housing connections. Use HMIS and reporting tools to identify gaps, monitor performance, improve shelter access, coordinate emergency responses, and support rapid exits to housing. Build cross-agency partnerships, maintain service standards, and lead continuous system improvement.

Paid part-time communications internship supporting content creation, digital communications, storytelling, and community engagement. Responsibilities include drafting social posts and newsletters, scheduling content, updating the website, creating graphics in Canva, capturing event photos/videos, media monitoring, and organizing communications assets.

Lead fundraising strategy and execution to secure public and private funding for the Atlanta CoC. Develop strategic development plans, cultivate major donors, oversee grant writing (including HUD CoC NOFA), manage donor stewardship, build partnerships, and provide organizational leadership to ensure long-term sustainability.
