Review and validate mortgage-related documents produced by Document Developers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards. Perform independent testing, assess customer impact, communicate findings, collaborate on corrections, and migrate validated work across development, staging, and production environments using proprietary tools.

Lead technical authority for Power BI reporting: design and govern semantic layers and data models, build complex executive dashboards, write advanced DAX and Power Query, manage workspace/RLS and deployment pipelines, mentor analysts, prioritize BI intake, and partner with IT to ensure data reliability and performance.

Lead enterprise performance engineering: design and run load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests across cloud and hybrid environments. Identify bottlenecks in applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure; analyze metrics, tune performance, validate production readiness, and collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development. Support high-availability deployments on Azure and AKS and lead/mentor offshore performance engineers.
