Develop integrations with system APIs, partner with implementation teams, create documentation and training, and propose new tools to improve implementation accuracy and scale.

Lead design, deployment, and operation of enterprise messaging platforms (RabbitMQ, Redis, Azure Service Bus). Define event-driven patterns, HA/DR, observability, security, IaC provisioning, and CI/CD integration. Act as escalation point for incidents, optimize performance, produce ADRs/runbooks, and mentor engineers.
