Founding Solutions Engineer responsible for owning the full sales cycle, conducting product demos and technical deep-dives, explaining AI-native compliance, supporting pilot implementations, translating customer feedback into product requirements, and building the company’s sales motion from scratch.

Serve as the primary engineer building PartnerAlly’s AI-native compliance platform. Own end-to-end product development across frontend, backend, infrastructure, compliance automation workflows, and AI/LLM integrations. Make pragmatic technical decisions, ship frequently, incorporate customer feedback, and help establish engineering culture while hiring future engineers.

Build and scale a fintech risk and compliance platform as the second engineer. Responsibilities include developing full-stack features, owning product areas end to end, improving reliability and performance, collaborating with customers, participating in architecture and code reviews, and establishing engineering best practices. The role requires independent feature delivery, strong full-stack fundamentals, production experience, sound technical judgment, clear asynchronous communication, and willingness to learn compliance and AI domains.
